Please note that WORKSHOP attendance is included in the cost of REGISTRATION. Payment for individual workshops is only necessary if you are not registering for the main meeting. There is a nominal charge for the cost of ultrasonographers at the live ultrasound workshops. This fee is payable at the Ultrasound workshop.
