Information for Sponsors:
Basic sponsorship
for this event involves provision of a booth for the main conference plenary
sessions on Saturday 28th July and
Sunday 29th July 2007
at the Sheraton Hotel. This includes
access to all sessions and access to the Conference satchels for your
promotional materials. Any number of company representatives are welcome to
attend the meeting but there will be a nominal charge for each individual to
cover catering costs.
If you have already decided to take part in this meeting please complete
the faxback form included in this package as soon as possible. Booth allocations
at the meeting will be made in order of confirmation as a sponsor i.e., first in
best dressed !
We are happy to receive suggestions for content in the meeting itself but
the final decision rests with the organizing committee. At this stage the draft
program does not include any speaker names.
Sponsors are also
able to take part in promotional activities to match every budget. These
include:
Booth Competition
Each sponsor is invited to provide a prize that will be awarded at the end
of the meeting. Delegates will be asked to have a sheet stamped by a
representative of each booth which ensures that they have visited your booth.
Satchel Sponsors
Six sponsors have the opportunity to have their name permanently etched on
the Conference satchel provided for each delegate.
Workshop Sponsors
Individual sponsors can organize satellite meetings as part of the AAVIS
ASM. Last year successful live surgery workshops were held in three states as
part of our meeting.
Breakfast Meeting
The breakfast meeting is held on Sunday morning and has proven very
popular in the past.
Session Sponsors
This year individual
sessions will be sponsored . This will involve use of the company logo between
each component of the program and acknowledgement by the session chairman of
company support for our association.
